Ihsania is operated by Jamia Ihsania to help educational institutions share academic information securely with authorised parents, teachers, and staff.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, username, mobile number, CNIC (where provided), login credentials
• Parent–student links: linked children, registration numbers, class / section
• School records: attendance, results, homework, fees, notices, notifications
• Device / usage data: app version, device type, login timestamps, basic technical logs
• Support messages: information you submit through support or account-deletion forms

We do not sell personal information for advertising.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate users and protect accounts
• Show authorised student information to parents and teachers
• Deliver attendance, results, fees, homework, and notifications
• Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal obligations

4. Sharing of information

Data stays scoped to your institution’s authorised users. We do not sell personal data. We may share information only with service providers needed to run the app, when required by law, or with your permission.

5. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for parents/guardians and authorised staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Student data is accessed through parent or staff accounts.
